Ironing the joint to establish it may in fact trigger the material to pucker and rise, but this quilting tip avoids that. Simply fold up the joint as wanted and then position the iron on it without moving the iron in any way. Leave it in rate for a few secs and the seam are going to establish along with little bit of or even no attempt.
