Usually there is one coffee harvesting yearly, the moment of which depends upon the geographic zone of the farming. Countries South of the Celestial equator have a tendency to collect their coffee in April as well as May whereas the nations North of the Celestial equator often tend to harvesting later on in the year coming from September onwards.
